Reloading Your Alyeska Access CardYou can reload one ALL DAY lift ticket at a time. Please reload your card by 9:30 am on the day you would like to use the ticket. Tickets reloaded after 9:30 am will be available the following day. Please Note: You can only reload the same ticket type that was originally purchased at an Alyeska Resort Ticket Office. To see what type of lift ticket you have, check on your Alyeska Access Card. The following types of Alyeska Access Card can be reloaded for an All DAY ticket using the form below: Adult All-Day & Half-Day | High School All-Day & Half-Day | Child All-Day & Half-Day | 7 & Under All-Day Only | Senior 60+ All-Day & Half-Day | Senior 70+ All-Day Only | Military All-Day & Half-Day | Lower Mountain/Chairs 3 & 7 All Day Only |
To start, please enter the 8-digit WEB ID number located in the bottom right-hand corner of your Alyeska Access Card and hit [CONTINUE]. You will then be prompted to log into your Online Store Account. Please Note: In order to reload your Access Card, you will need to assign the card WEB ID# to the appropriate user or family member. To do this, please go to MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT and select ASSOCIATE RFID. If you are renewing a Season Pass, please check the second option below marked I WISH TO RELOAD VIA ONE|STORE LOGIN and click the [CONTINUE] button.
